Low GI breakfast


Low GI breakfast on the balcony. I've made the most delicious müsli EVER! If you want to make your own low GI müsli:
walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, Sunflowerseeds, pumpkinseeds, sesameseeds and flaxseeds! I would serve it with a nice natural youghurt and a little squeeze of honey. It was delicious i have to say. Thank god i made a big jar of it. Now we can eat it many mornings to come.
